Before you order
Yes, and we do not ask you to take that on faith. Every bottle we pour from is purchased through authorised retail channels, photographed on arrival, and logged with its batch code. That code is printed on your decant label so you can match it against the source bottle at any time.
A brand sample is usually 1 to 1.5 ml in a non-refillable dabber or a pressurised vial with a fixed spray. A decant is the same fragrance transferred into a proper glass atomiser in the size you choose, which means you get enough of it to wear properly on several occasions rather than one.
Roughly 110 to 130 sprays. At two sprays per wear that is around eight weeks of near-daily use, or a full season for something you reach for once a week.
Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day. Ontario and Quebec typically arrive in one to three business days, the Prairies and Atlantic provinces in two to five, and British Columbia and the territories in three to seven. Every order is tracked.
Decants are poured to order and cannot be resold once opened, so they are not returnable for preference. If a vial arrives damaged, leaking or clearly not the fragrance ordered, we replace it or refund it in full — just email us within seven days with a photo.
